A |     中新网北京8月26日电 (记者 郭超凯)中国财政部副部长林泽昌25日在北京表示，今年以来一般公共预算收入平稳增长，主要是上半年国内生产总值同比增长4.7%，为财政增收奠定基础。         　　受国务院委托，林泽昌25日向十四届全国人大常委会作关于今年以来预算执行情况的报告。         　　林泽昌表示，今年中国经济呈现动能向新、结构向优的发展态势，高质量发展扎实推进。    (ECNS) -- The 17th Beijing Olympic City Sports Culture Festival opened on Friday at the Beijing Olympic Museum, featuring more than 20 activities centered on the city’s Olympic culture.     Beijing made history as the first city in the world to host both the Summer and Winter Olympic Games, with the 2008 Beijing Olympics and Paralympics and the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympics.    Launched in 2010, the annual festival aims to preserve Olympic legacies and promote the Olympic spirit through community sports, youth education, exhibitions and exchanges among Olympic cities.        This year’s program includes emerging international sports, the Beijing Zhangjiakou sports culture and tourism area, and the Beijing International Sports Film Week.    The Olympic City Summer Plaza will feature Winter Olympic exhibits and an Italy-themed program showcasing the culture of the host country of the upcoming Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics.     Participants from different countries and regions will share experiences in preserving Olympic legacies and promoting international exchanges.    (By Helen Mo, intern Liu Shuangjing)                    。财政政策更加积极、精准发力，预算执行和财政运行总体平稳。

B |          　　关于一般公共预算执行情况，报告称，工业生产者出厂价格连续5个月上涨，1-7月涨幅为1.8%，价格带动作用明显；货物进出口额快速增长，1-7月进口额增长22%，对进口环节税收贡献较大；资本市场交易活跃，带动印花税收入等涨幅较大。                        　　报告指出，1-7月，全国政府性基金预算收入18219亿元(人民币，下同)，同比下降21.2%；全国国有资本经营预算收入2575亿元，同比增长39.8%，主要是去年下半年提高了中央企业国有资本收益收取比例，以及部分省份也提高了收益收取比例；全国社会保险基金预算收入78657亿元，同比增长8.3%。         　　报告还介绍了落实十四届全国人大四次会议预算决议情况，提出下一步财政重点工作安排：精准有效实施更加积极的财政政策；加快现代化产业体系建设；切实保障和改善民生；加强重点领域风险防范化解；持续深化财政管理改革；强化穿透式财政监管。(完) 【编辑:刘阳禾】。
